Inspired by the mythology & a variation of a concept from a now defunct studio I previously worked at. Hand-modeled, textured and sculpted - with a focus on pushing exaggerated proportioning. I was experimenting with & without hair strands.

Oni are monstrous horned humanoids, yielding a kanabo club, who are found in countless Japanese stories and myths. They tend to be the enemies of mankind, and are generally depicted as roguish villains.
